What Happens During a QHHT Session?

1. Conversation We begin with a relaxed discussion about your life, your questions, and what you hope to understand or heal. 2. Past Life Exploration Through gentle hypnosis, you are guided into a deeply relaxed state where memories and experiences from other lifetimes may surface. 3. Higher Self Guidance Your Higher Self can answer the questions you prepared and offer insight, clarity, and sometimes even energetic healing. Sessions typically last about 4 hours and include an audio recording of your session.

Upcoming Appearances

I’ve done past-life regressions a few times with other folks, but the experience with Tracie was exceptional. We did it via video (Zoom), which was easy and comfortable since I was in my own space. With other regressions, I often felt a bit rushed or anxious to ‘get’ something. Tracie’s style was very calming, and the pacing and guidance was gentle and comfortable. She was patient and encouraging when it took a little bit to see / experience a particular past life. She kept things moving as well, and took me through several lives, and was kind and understanding on what I experienced in each - without being interfering or distracting. She also took me to a space to hear from my guides to understand the reasons/lessons for the lives - a significant value. I found the entire experience gratifying, and the overview and process helped me look at my current life with more understanding and confidence. I’m looking forward to doing another past life regression with her again.
