            Deep exploration of your soul's journey, Higher Self communication, and healing.

1.  Prepare
Plan on spending at least four hours for your session. Time is needed to get to know you, discuss your questions, experience the regression, communicate with your Higher Self, and allow for healing and integration. Every session is unique, and there is never a need to rush the process.  Please avoid scheduling anything immediately afterward. Give yourself time to relax, reflect on your experience, and integrate the insights you receive before returning to your normal routine.

2.  Get to Know You
Every session begins with a relaxed conversation where we discuss your life, experiences, and the reasons you've chosen to have a QHHT session. You'll share the patterns, challenges, or questions that have brought you here, and together we'll review the list of questions you'd like to ask your Higher Self. This conversation helps you feel comfortable and ensures the session is personalized to your needs.

3. The Induction
Once you're comfortable, you'll be guided into a deep state of relaxation using the QHHT hypnosis technique developed by Dolores Cannon. You remain aware, safe, and in control throughout the experience. This relaxed state allows the conscious mind to become quiet so your subconscious can communicate more freely.

4. The Soul Journey
Once you are in a relaxed hypnotic state, your Subconscious will guide you to the experience that is in your highest and best interest. While many people visit a past life, others may be shown significant events from this lifetime or symbolic experiences that provide the insight and healing they need. There is no right or wrong experience—your Subconscious chooses what is most beneficial for your personal growth and understanding.

5. Communication With Your Higher Self
Once the soul journey is complete, I will ask to speak directly with your Higher Self (also called the Subconscious). This is often the most meaningful part of the session. Your Higher Self can answer the questions you prepared, explain the deeper reasons behind life experiences, offer guidance for your future, and, when appropriate, facilitate energetic healing. Many clients leave with a profound sense of peace, clarity, and understanding.

6.  Healing
When appropriate, your Higher Self may perform energetic healing during the session. This healing can address physical discomfort, emotional wounds, limiting beliefs, energetic imbalances, or patterns that no longer serve you. Every healing experience is unique and guided entirely by your Higher Self.

7. Return and Integrate
After the session, you'll be gently guided back to full awareness. We'll spend time discussing your experience, answering any remaining questions, and reflecting on the messages you received. You'll receive a recording of your session so you can revisit the guidance and insights. Many clients discover new details each time they listen, making the recording an important part of the integration process.
