When you reserve a session, I set aside that time specifically for you, and I begin preparing in advance to ensure you receive the best possible experience. Because payment processors do not refund their transaction fees, I am charged both when I receive your payment and when I issue a refund. For this reason, I kindly ask you to understand the following policy:
 

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable transaction fees.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund, though I’m happy to reschedule your session.

• No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

• If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you’ll be offered the choice of a full refund or a new session time.
