Because payment processors do not refund their transaction fees, I am charged both when I receive your payment and when I issue a refund. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable transaction fees.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund, though I’m happy to reschedule your session.
